Independent, not tied to one company

An insurance company can only show you its own plans. I compare plans from several companies and show you the ones that fit your doctors, drugs, and budget.

Free, with no pressure

You pay the same premium whether you enroll through me or on your own. If your current plan still fits, I'll tell you to keep it.

Still here after you enroll

A billing question, a denied claim, a new prescription: call me. Every fall I'll review your plan again, free.

How can I help you?

Pick the situation closest to yours. Each one starts with a free conversation.

Turning 65

When to sign up for Parts A and B, how to avoid late penalties, and which path fits you. Call about three months before your birthday.

What I check in your free review

Four things decide whether a plan really fits you. I check all four before recommending anything.

  • Your doctorsAre they in the plan's network for 2027, including your specialists?
  • Your prescriptionsWhat will each of your medications actually cost, month by month?
  • Your total costsPremium, deductibles, and copays for the whole year, not just the monthly premium.
  • Your pharmacyIs it in the plan's preferred network, and how much does that save you?

Your Medicare options, explained simply

Most people choose Medicare Advantage, or Original Medicare with a supplement and a drug plan. Here is how they differ.

Part C

Medicare Advantage

One plan from a private insurance company
  • Covers hospital (Part A) and medical (Part B) in one plan
  • Usually includes prescription drug coverage
  • Often $0 or a low monthly premium
  • You use the plan's network of doctors and hospitals
  • Often includes dental, vision, and hearing extras
Medigap

Original Medicare + Supplement

A supplement plan fills the gaps
  • Medicare pays first; the supplement pays most of the rest
  • Higher monthly premium, much lower costs when you get care
  • See any doctor in the U.S. who accepts Medicare
  • No referrals needed for specialists
  • You add a separate Part D plan for prescriptions
Part D

Prescription drug plan

Drug coverage to pair with Original Medicare
  • Covers your prescriptions at network pharmacies
  • Each plan has its own drug list and prices
  • Out-of-pocket drug costs are capped at $2,400 in 2027
  • Going without it can mean a lifelong late penalty
  • I check your exact medications before you choose

No single option is right for everyone. It depends on your doctors, your health, and your budget, and that is what the free review sorts out.

How it works

Three steps, and you decide at the end. Most first conversations take 30 to 45 minutes.

Call, text, or send the form

Pick a time that works for you. We can talk by phone or video, or meet in person in the Tampa Bay area.

I compare your options

Tell me your doctors, prescriptions, and pharmacy. I check them against plans in your area and narrow it down to two or three that fit.

You decide, I handle the paperwork

If you choose a plan, I help you enroll, confirm it's set up correctly, and stay your contact for questions afterward.

Why use an independent agent?

There are three ways to choose a Medicare plan. All three cost you nothing. The difference is how much help you get.

Medicare in 2027: the numbers that matter

$2,400

The most you'll pay out of pocket for covered Part D drugs in 2027. After that, covered drugs cost you $0 for the rest of the year.

$700

The highest Part D deductible a drug plan can charge in 2027, before its coverage starts.

Dec 7

The last day of open enrollment to change your coverage for 2027. Changes take effect January 1.

CMS has not announced the official 2027 Part B premium yet. Be careful with anyone quoting it as final. I'll share the real number as soon as it's official.

New to Florida, or moving soon?

A move to a new state gives you a special enrollment window. It doesn't last forever, and your old plan usually won't work with new doctors.

I'll check which plans cover your new doctors and pharmacy, and time the switch so there's no gap in coverage. The same applies if you're moving within Florida, or to Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

Meet Viktoriia

Viktoriia Kotsiuba is a licensed independent Medicare, health, and life insurance agent based in Tampa Bay, serving clients across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Independent means she isn't tied to one insurance company. She compares plans from several carriers and recommends the one that fits your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget. If your current plan already fits best, she'll tell you to keep it.

Many of her clients came to the U.S. from Ukraine and other post-Soviet countries. She explains every document in the language you're most comfortable with, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Questions I hear every week

Does your help cost me anything?

No. Consultations and plan reviews are free, with no obligation. If you enroll in a plan, I'm paid by the insurance company, and your premium is exactly the same as it would be without me.

Do I have to switch plans if I call?

Not at all. A review just means we check your doctors, prescriptions, and costs for next year. If your current plan is still the right fit, I'll tell you to keep it.

Can we do the whole consultation in Ukrainian or Russian?

Yes. I work with clients in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I'll explain every document and option in the language you're most comfortable with.

Can my son or daughter join the call?

Yes, and many clients prefer it. Family members can join by phone, video, or in person, and I'm happy to explain things to you in Ukrainian or Russian and to them in English.

I'm turning 65 soon. When should I call?

About three months before your 65th birthday is ideal. We'll go over when to sign up for Parts A and B, how to avoid late penalties, and which coverage path fits you, with no rush and no pressure.

I just moved. Is it too late to change my plan?

Probably not. Moving to a new state opens a special enrollment period, so you can usually switch right away. Call me and we'll check your dates and your new doctors before the window closes.

What happens after I enroll?

Your new plan mails you a welcome kit and member card. I stay your agent: if you have a billing question, a claim problem, or a new prescription, call me. Each fall we review your plan again.
